All Oh Sew Rosie products are intended for decorative purposes only, and are not toys. The products are NOT CE tested and certified, and should be kept out of reach of young children. 

ORDER TIMELINE

Each Oh Sew Rosie item is handmade. Please check announcement at top of website with current dispatch time. This does not include delivery time. 

PERSONALISATION INFORMATION

For all items that can be personalised, please remember to send me all the information about your choices at checkout. Work cannot begin on your item until I have received your requests, and could lead to a delay or cancellation of your order. 

DISCLAIMER FOR HANDMADE ITEMS

Due to the handmade nature of Oh Sew Rosie products, there may be slight differences between each item. Flower embellishments are made from paper and so can vary slightly in colour, but will always be made using a similar mix of complimentary shades to those advertised. 

Peg dolls are wooden and therefore will have its own wood grain and markings, making each doll unique. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Ballerina and fairy skirts can flatten in the post. To puff up the skirt, simply run your finger underneath each layer of tulle to add volume. 

Please love your items gently. 

CUSTOM ORDERS

At present I am not open for custom orders. 

RETURNS

Regretfully, as a small ‘one girl business’ I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items deemed 'unsuitable'. If an item arrives damaged or defective please contact me within 14 days of delivery so that I can assist you. Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

RUSH ORDERS

Unfortunately I cannot offer rush orders, so please check the estimated dispatch time before ordering, this time does not include the shipping time.
