ROYAL MAIL STRIKES
Please note when making your order that I will not be offering refunds or replacements for items that have been made and posted within my advertised time frames, which Royal Mail then deliver late (whether this be too late for the date you hoped to gift, or after Christmas). I fully support the strikes but as a small business the strikes are very difficult for small businesses to manage and delays are out of my control. The banner announcement at the top of my page is notification that there are delays and delivery times are not guaranteed. I ask for all customers to consider there will likely be delays when placing their order and delivery times are not guaranteed.
All UK orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class as of 1/1/23. Postage and packaging is £3.95 flat fee.
The service I use means that I can obtain tracking numbers after sending your parcel. If you have not received your parcel within a week of dispatch, please contact me so that I can check the parcel status on your behalf. The tracking information will only inform us if the parcel has been delivered or returned.
All international orders are sent Royal Mail Standard International Tracked. If you have not received your parcel within two weeks of dispatch, please contact me so that I may check on the parcel status for you.
Please note I am not able to guarantee any delivery date. Items cannot be claimed as lost and refunded or replaced until 35 working days from the dispatch dates.

Please note that there are ongoing Royal Mail strikes in the UK at present and there are delays to usual delivery times. Please note this is beyond my control. UK items are not tracked. For international orders they are tracked, but please note I am not able to guarantee any delivery date. Items cannot be claimed as lost and refunded or replaced until 35 working days from the dispatch dates.
I am not responsible for any import/duty taxes. Taxes in your country are your responsibility if incurred.
