FAQs

Q. Are Oh Sew Rosie products toys?

All Oh Sew Rosie products are intended for decorative purposes only, and are not toys. The products are NOT CE tested and certified, and should be kept out of reach of young children. 

Q. How long will it take to receive my item

Each Oh Sew Rosie item is handmade. Please check the announcement at the top of the website with current dispatch time. This does not include delivery time. 

Q. Are Oh Sew Rosie products branded?

All peg dolls 5cm and larger have the Oh Sew Rosie logo stamp on the bottom. Fabric items are not branded with the logo. 

 Q. Do you accept custom orders?

At the moment I am not currently accepting custom orders.

Q. Do you do collaborations?

I will occasionally take part in product swaps and collaborations. However, I do limit these depending on the volume of work I have. Feel free to contact me, but please don't take it personally if I am unable to work with you at that time. 

Q. Will my peg dolls be identical to the pictures shown?

Due to the handmade nature of Oh Sew Rosie products there may be slight differences between each item. Flower embellishments are made from paper and so can vary slightly in colour, but will always be made using a similar mix of complimentary shades to those advertised. 

Peg dolls are wooden and therefore will have its own wood grain and markings, making each doll unique. 

Q. How do I 'puff' up my ballerina/fairy/angel skirt?

Ballerina and fairy skirts can flatten in the post. To puff up the skirt, simply run your finger underneath each layer of tulle to add volume. 

Q. Do you offer returns/refunds?

Regretfully, as a small ‘one girl business’ I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items deemed 'unsuitable'. If an item arrives damaged or defective please contact me within 14 days of delivery so that I can assist you. Returns must be sent within 30 days of delivery. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.  

Q. Do you offer discounts on multiple items?

I do not discount on multiple items, but the delivery charge will be combined for all. 

Q. Do you offer wholesale

I do not offer wholesale orders.
