Macmillan Prize Draw Entry

Help me raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support by entering this prize draw. On 5th July I am taking part in a Mighty Hike in aid of Macmillan. 

Please read T+Cs below before entering. Open to UK residents only.

Terms and conditions:

1. This charity prize draw is being run by Oh Sew Rosie (“Promoter”) for the benefit of the charity Macmillan Cancer Support (“Charity”). 

2. Open to UK residents only, age 18+

3. Entries cost £5 and you can purchase as many as you would like, through www.ohsewrosie.co.uk

4. You can also enter via post by sending your details to Oh Sew Rosie, 18 Countess Gardens, Bournemouth, BH7 7RR. Prize draw entries received by post will be manually entered into the database for the draw. 

5. All proceeds will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support

6. Entries close on Saturday 21st June. Entries received outside of this time will not be valid.

7. One winner will receive one prize as listed above. 

8. One lucky prize winner will be drawn at 20.00 BST on Sunday 22nd June and you will be notified by email if you have won. 

9. You have one week to respond with delivery address if you are the prize winner, otherwise a new winner will be drawn

10. Prize will be shipped within one week of receipt of address information

11. The prize winners will be randomly selected on the draw date. The first entry drawn will win the prize.

12. No substitution of prize is offered, no exchange or transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and prize may not be redeemed for cash value, except by Oh Sew Rosie, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize or a portion of the prize for a prize of comparable or greater value or to change to date of the prize if needed.

14. Personal data supplied for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of this prize draw by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running and fulfillment of the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained.

15. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 

16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. The confirmation email from Oh Sew Rosie is the acknowledgement that the prize draw has been entered, you will not receive a ticket from Oh Sew Rosie.

18. Payment for participation in the prize draw is through Oh Sew Rosie only. No other form of payment can be accepted.

19. Winners’ names may be published on Instagram.
